Our Company was founded in 1981 and is dedicated to help our clients understand traffic and pedestrian patterns in an area for site assessment purposes and to evaluate the performance of an existing site. World Data Collector's, LLC also delivers intelligence on store operations and performance to assist clients in their decision making process. The firm has performed hundreds of studies for both small and large companies (including national chains and Fortune 500 companies).
- Pedestrian Counts and Surveys -- Record pedestrian volumes and flow patterns in front of a proposed or existing site. This will help determine if pedestrian patterns in the an area are helping or hindering a business. Special surveys can document pedestrian volume by age, gender and race (key demographic data) at a specific location.
- Traffic and Transportation Data Collection (Turning Movement and Vehicle Classification Counts) -- Turning movement counts performed at unsignalized and signalized intersections and vehicle classification counts to determine vehicle types and percent heavy vehicle traffic.
- Speed Studies -- Determine average, 50th percentile, 85th percentile and range of speeds on a roadway. This study will assist both government agencies and the public in determining if speeding is an issue in their area.
- Automatic Traffic Recorder (ATR) Counts -- Collect continuous vehicular traffic volumes by machine for 24-hours and for 7 or more days.
- Trade Area Studies -- Determine the geographical boundary of where customers are coming from and the number of customers in that area (including other key demographic data).
- Convenience Line Studies -- Determine the potential impact (loss of customers) that a proposed location would have on an existing store already in operation.
- Secret Shopping and Store Evaluation -- Evaluation of daily store activities -- employee and product performance.

- Street Marketing -- Flyer design and distribution and other guerrilla marketing techniques.
- Setting up store displays and sample stations. -- Retail Merchandiser -- Work directly with store management/personnel to ensure proper product placement, labeling for displays in the store. Deliver POP (Point of Purchase) materials, coupons and samples as required. In-Store Product Demonstrator -- Educate consumers on benefits of new products and demonstrate how to use various products. Deploy other informational materials to educate the consumer and encourage sales.
